This building with basement, ground and six upper storey is compact and neat office block located on the prestigious Grand Hamad Avenue of Doha. The building is an R.C.C. framed structure with blockwork, doubleglazed aluminium windows, high standard building finishes and services with full plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, electrical works, passenger elevators and central air conditioning installations.
