Construction of new pressure reducing valve (PRV)/future powerhouse structure and switchyard. Work includes furnish and installation of equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances. The work generally includes reinforced concrete PRV/future powerhouse structure; furnish and installation of a 10-ton overhead crane in the structure; a 25 kV electrical switchyard, access road, and inlet pipeline to Lakewood Reservoir. The facility has numerous unique architectural features to allow it to blend in with the rural mountain landscape. The structure looks like a barn from the outside.
