Comanche Dam Rehabilitation, located high in the Colorado mountains, involved excavating the main part (330,000 cy) of a remote earth-fill dam, replacing the outlet works and rebuilding the zoned earth-fill dam. A secondar, part of the project included constructing a new RCC spillway. Approximately 5,000 cy (3,800 m ) of RCC was batched on-site in a central mix drum plant utilizing RCC aggregates processed on-site.
