Project involved complete removal and replacement of existing concrete service/emergency spillway at Milton Seaman Dam on the North Poudre River. The project involved concrete demolition; 51,500 cy (39,370 cm) of unclassified excavation; 39,000 cy (29,820 cm) of controlled drill/blast and ripped-rock excavation; on-site aggregate crushing and screening; and on-site concrete production.
