Removal and repair of 11' x 11.5' emergency gate for Dillon reservoir. Work includes removal of existing gate seat and installation of new custom fabricated and machined stainless steel gate thimble. Work required dewatering of 28 miles of Harold Roberts Tunnel, and installation of contractor fabricated tunnel plug by commercial divers using mixed gas method (due to
altitude requirements).
