Project Overview

These two micro-power station are located in remote locations in the interior of Bhutan, at the altitudes of 2,300m and 2850m respectively, with temperature dropping to -16 degree celcius. The nearest towns are located 200km away from Khaling and 350 km away from Gyesta sites. Due to non-availibility of approach to worksites, materials and machinery had to be carried on head loads upto a lead of one kilometer and height of 200m.
