This project is located on Sewa River, a tributary of Ravi river negotiates a steep drop of about 600 meters between village Gaffi at Dam site & Mhashka at Powerhouse site. Project involves construction of Surface Powerhouse with 3 units of 40 MW each, design discharge of 24.25 m³ /sec., surface switch yard, U/G Surge Shaft, Pressure Shaft/ including steel liner, TRT & other associated works.
